Just to all who are curious, they longest homerun was hit by Roy Carlyle, hailing from Norcross, Georgia at a distance of 619 feet.

  I once heard of the yankees playing on a race track and the fences were the guard rails so obviously either left and center were a ridiculousy far away or right and center were just as far anyway i heard ruth sent the ball over the center field fence about 900 feet away, but i believe this story has been proven a myth
