Sorry for the absolutely self-serving message here, but I wanted to pass along that my book, Facing Ted Williams, will be out in April 2013. This is not a straight bio of Ted, but recollections of the man through the eyes of those that faced him.

No worries on the self-promotion...looks like an interesting read. I've always thought the story of his .406 season would make a great book.
