  • Tiger 2008 payroll..does anyone know?

I have recently read where the Tiger payroll for 2008 ranges from 93MM to 129MM. Does anyone really know? I usually don't count other's money...so Mr. Illich please forgive me. (Big Smile here)

    GO TIGERS!!!

Seems like a slow day here on the sight, everyone must be at the Lions website.

Personally, I have grown tired of the Red Sox. I would love to see a Tigers-Indians ALCS

Tigers v Devil Rays in the 2008 ALCS.....ok I am just rooting for an easy path to the WS.

The Jays would have an easier time making the leap than the Rays. Rays have talent, but their pitching staff is not deep and the key players are either very young (Kaz) or very old (Reyes/Percival)

The Jays on the other hand have talented, deep pitching staff. If their offense all performs just up to their career averages, which 5 of them did not do last year, they might give the Yanks and Sox a run for it this year.

I would love to see it, but I can't see the Blue Jays breaking the lock that the Red Sox and Yankees have on that division.

It's rumored to be settling in between 130-135M.
