  • panic in Tiger town ?

Not a full blown panic yet..but any true fan, has got to be concerned...

1 and 8, is not how I saw the season starting out....I wonder what exactly is going thru DD's mind, as well as Pizza Mike..and what can be done to
reverse things, and have this team PLAYING to what they are capable
of doing...Has Leyland gotten soft ? probably not....ROSTER changes
lurking ? probably....I hate to think this team is going to APE the
2006 Indians, who had a dismal season, after a great 2005....

One thing for certain, if Leyland was in NY, DADDY George, would be
    on his tail...or else.....

138 million for this year's team, 1-8, ain't cutting it...the faster this team can reverse this horrible April, the better...or else it's gonna be a LOOONG
summer in Tiger town.......how long before the fire sale ?

I am starting to get a little worried... This team needs to win 90 to 95 games to make the playoffs and they are jusy wasting games now. The one thing that is a positive is that nobody is running away with the Central, a win today and they are just 3.5 behind the White Sox and depending on what the Royals do four back of them, also the Tribe is not going gangbusters either. The next 10-15 games are critical.

He's done too well with this team since he's come in for us to give up on him.

ted P, this site does have a very low tolerance for trolls. If all you're going to contribute to this forum is the same anti-Leyland post over and over again (regardless of the forum), I suggest you find another site entirely. I will be deleting subsequent non-contributal posts of yours.

Dude, I actually thought your little quip was funny, but you are being a little sensitive? I mean here's the definition from wikipedia he was going for:

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and usually irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

If you perceive that as the under the bridge troll, I am not sure why? All that he is looking for you to do is make a point, then you can probably get away with your little joke.

So does listening to broken records. Change your tune, please. We get it. You're still bitter. It's 2008.

i am not worried at all...as it seems what was seen as the top 2 teams in the Central are now 5-10 (Tigers and Indians)
