13W and 15L / 267 Avg / 252 H / 32 HR just to name some of the stats. They improved and did well half of the month and I hope they will pick it up a little more ...anyway we re gonna have some very exciting games in front of us and iam stoked to see what our boys will do in may ...Iam sure that it is going to be a close race this year in the central

Glad to see someone excited--about this team...myself, I don't see any
real progress...two steps forward, four steps back...too much talent on
this team, for this dog and pony show...Sweeping the yankees, was awesome,
and could have sent a message to the rest of the central..and the team as well..getting taken to the woodshed by the TWINS, swept! was bad..

so, here it is, 14-18...3 games back....good thing the bulk of the central is suffering from similar glitches..i.e. TRIBE, Twins, etc..or we could be easily be 10 games behind....

I think Rogers is done..at least as a starter...What to do about him ?

I don't have a good feeling about Willis...I 'm hoping he rises to the occasion, and reverts to his old self....if not, he'll be eaten alive by the faithful.
Some tough choices might have to be made...in the weeks ahead, especially if this team doesn't SNAP OUTTA IT'S FUNK !

This team still has problems..like at 3rd,lf,First base...

hopefully, by early june, this team will find it's groove..if not, then 75 wins, might be a tall order.....

anyhow, sorry for the negative rag, but I expected much from this team, and it's come up monsterly short.....arghhhhhhhhhhh...

Despite a horrible start the Tigers are in good shape. While in last place in the division you are only three games out of first. You main competition, the Indians, isn't doing any better.

The pitching has to be worrisome, but it is not like you are buried.
