    First road sweep of the Yanks since 1966

    So a little was made that the Tigers have not swept the Yankees on the road since 1966, since the Tigers were able to pull off another such sweep I dug up the rosters from that 1966 series.

    The Tigers opened up the season on the road and beat the Yanks in the first three games of the season. This was the line up from that opening day win.

            In all honesty, you are correct. Good thing it's early. The Tigers are overcoming their very slow start. No reason to think the Yankees are in any real trouble right now. The players will be back soon.
