I personally have been very high on acquiring him as soon as it happened, I really like us having a true lead-off hitter like this. I didn't expect him to steal THIS many bases though, not this soon. So my question is, how many will he steal? After last night's game he's sitting on top of the NL with 9. If he stays healthy, I'm gonna throw out 75 as reasonable and 100 as attainable. Thoughts?

I was so excited when we picked him up. I've always been impressed by what I've seen of him and he has been living up to his potential so far. With Biggio retired, this guy has become my favorite Astro because he has a lot of the same hustle qualities as Biggio.Craig Biggio- the Astros' great one, Mr. 3000
Astros will win the NL Central
Saints will win the NFC South
Hornets will be NBA Champions next year
LSU Football & Basketball will be SEC champs
Great Season LSU Baseball Tigers! I enjoyed every moment of it and look forward to a title run next year.

As a Phillies fan, while watching Bourn last year with the Phils, I was very impressed by him in the limited playing time he got. But Pat Gillick wasn't and he gift wrapped Bourn for Lidge, who will be gone after this year. Pat Gillick pulled off the impossible by getting robbed by Ed Wade!
Bourn would have been an excellent replacement for Pat Burrell when Burrell walks after this year, not to mention he would look great right now with Rollins out. I hope Bourn has a great career with the Astros.

He was actually drafted by the Astros in 2000 (19th round), but didn't sign. Then drafted by the Phillies in 2003 (4th round).
