Bruce Frederick Von Hoff passed away peacefully at home on September 11, 2012, in Gulfport, Florida. He was born in Oakland, California on November 17, 1943.
Bruce graduated from Batavia High School (Illinois) and attended Northern Illinois University. He was a former Major League Baseball player with the San Francisco Giants, Houston Astros and St. Louis Cardinals organizations and he served in the United States Army Reserve.
