It officially happened today. $3.5M base with in-season incentives/bonuses that could cap out around $7M. Nice signing by the Halos IMO. He's a really nice guy and this moves Frier back to where he's much more comfortable - as a setup pitcher. Good, fairly inexpensive short-term move.
