    No, but he has filled in with several other very solid years. And his 42 WAR is way up there for catchers - close to top 15 all-time. The fact that he has done it in so few seasons highlights peak dominance.

      He will get in if he keeps his pace up for a few more years, and nothing suggest he wont, but if he were to have a severe dropoff from next year on, would his past body of work be enough? I say it might, but he wouldn't be a first year type, shoot, even Piazza has to wait.
