    Rizzuto's career high was just 22, which actually was pretty good in that era for a team that did not utilize this strategy much.

    I still wonder how Stirnweiss bagged his 55, that seems like an aberration. But then again, it was wartime.

    One guy who was good for 30-plus for four years was Willie Randolph. But he never made 40.
