I don't know if anyone else had any luck but thanks to Ticketmaster's incompetence, it is virtually impossible to access their website and purchase tickets.

So I got some seats, but they're all nosebleeds in tier 35, 33 and 29

Good riddance Yankee Stadium bleachers, we won't miss you!!!!Last edited by GordonGecko; 03-02-2008, 08:45 PM.

You just about get strip-searched before they let you in those bleachers, the halls and concession stands are dark, cramped, and filthy, the LOUD dumpster truck empties every half inning, the cops hassle you left and right, the benches are hard and small, and you can't see squat!!

I didn't do too badly with Ticketmaster... I got a single in Tier Reserved MVP section 1, row T for one Saturday afternoon game, and a single in Tier Reserved MVP section 2, row S for another. The problem is that you don't have the option of choosing the less expensive Tier Reserved (non-MVP) sections further out. What I'd really like is to have the ability to have the computer search for specific rows and seats. They can do it at the advance ticket window, why can't we do it online?
Getting back to the Stub Hub and the Yankees' policy of restricting the movements of fans in the bleachers - with asking prices for bleacher tickets to the final regular season home game ranging from $219.75 to as much as $1,500on Stub Hub (no fooling - see for yourself, click here and here), let's hope anyone so desperate to be at that game that they're willing to spend that kind of money for bleacher seats at least knows what they're getting into!!!!!
Please help. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer last summer, and now I'm in a position where I need financial assistance. For the full story, please check out my GoFundMe campaign at https://gofund.me/3874ea2d. Thank you.

you do NOT get even patted down going into the bleachers!
you're NOTHING but a hater.
i just bought 4 bleacher tickets to May 4th's 1:00 game vs Seattle for 33 dollar INCLUDING all fees and shipping. If that's too expensive for anyone, they don't belong trying to buy MLB tickets

Just purchased a ticket today from Ticketmaster.
Seems like only single seats were available for all of the dates I checked out, including games against KC and Tampa Bay. The most common seat available for the games I checked was a single seat behind home plate for $325.00 (before tax & fees).
There was, however, a single upper deck seat available against the Mets for Saturday in May for $45.00 (before tax & fees), just that the time was to be determined and I did not want to go to a night game.
Ended up with this:
------------------------------------------
You purchased 1 ticket to:
New York Yankees vs. Toronto Blue Jays
Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY
Sat, Aug 30, 2008 01:05 PM
Seat location: section BX 7, row H, seat 9
Total Charge: US $ 333.65
Thanks again for purchasing tickets.
-----------------------------------------
It's Labor Day Weekend and it was for a day game against a contender.
But three bills for one seat AND I have to go without my buddies (no two or three seats together for ANY game I checked out for the year)
I gotta figure the Yanks will set an all-time attendance record this year (4.7MM perhaps?) just based on lack of seat availability one month before opening day.

I sort of resent your comment about being a hater, because believe me you don't forget getting frisked at a ball game, which they did last time I had bleacher tickets for a Red Sox game last year - and yes they were doing it to everyone.
Do share your experience after the game amigo.

Single Ticket Games
Sure. I got both on Ticketmaster. The Boston/Yanks game I got on 2/29 and the Baltimore/Yanks game I got on 3/1. I got a pair of bleacher tickets Section 55 Subway Series for 5/17 on Stubhub early last week for $120 total.
