Just thought that those of you who frequent this forum might be interested in what the Washington Times is saying about the Yankees trip to Virginia Tech this past week.
The Washington Times publishes a short column every Saturday titled "Nobles and Knaves" highlighting a newsworthy person or group from the past week, naming one a "Noble" for a positive event, a "Knave" for something seen in a negative light.

As one who grew up seeing my beloved Washington Senators falling to the Bronx Bombers on a regular basis I really don't have a lot of fond memories of the Yankees, however the trip to Virginia Tech, the time spent at the college and the donation to the school is a very classy act. My hat is off to the entire Yankees organization.
