I did stay til the end

I go to Boston College, so naturally a lot of my friends are Sox fans. Some of them came to the game, a bunch of kids who had never been to Yankee Stadium, so we agreed to stay til the end no matter what happened. I wouldn't have left that game early anyway. I left a game 2 weeks ago cause I got kicked out, and I left a few days ago during that blowout, only after that last monster homer in the top of the 8th to make it 12-2. Point being, I don't leave games under ordinary circumstances lol, and once we loaded the bases in that game when it was 6-2 and I realized it would be ARod with the chance to get the winning hit I got real excited. People could feel it was gonna happen

I also save all the tickets from the games I go to. I put 'em in a hard plastic before the game, and now that they're scanned instead of torn I just hand the whole thing to the guy; the scanner is able to read the barcode through the hard plastic, so I'm good to go and I never have to worry about the ticket being bent.

To anyone actually holding tickets to the final game at Yankee Stadium: are those any different from the tickets for other games? The ticket for the final game at Shea has silver enhancements around the Shea Stadium logo, and on the NYC skyline, that tickets for the other games don't.

Final season tickets? I have every ticket from every game I've ever been to. I'm even going to get a couple framed with some photos. The Arod walk off against Cleveland last year and the Melky catch that robbed Manny of the home run from a couple years ago, and my first game ever; old timers day in 1984.

I haven't kept all of them, but I've kept like two. I wanted to save all of them but sometimes they get all bent outta shape in the pockets, and one fell outta my coat pocket.
