    Hgh Andy-Guilty.

His flip flop under oath (not in the backroom) likely sunk the entire case.

    Thank god.

    No more wasting money.

Seriously was not a question. Government should have dropped the case when they could not find a single credible witness.

If I remember correctly, Clemens wasn't on trial for steroid use, but for lying to the Grand Jury. Since the jury found him not guilty, wouldn't that mean that McNamee was lying, and if so, shouldn't he be prosecuted like Clemens?

I don't think McNamee was lying and i'm sure the courts know that. I think Clemens got off due to having a big bank account.

"I have the ultimate respect for Whitesox fans. They were as miserable as the Cubs and Redsox fans ever were but always had the good decency to keep it to themselves. And when they finally won the World Series, they celebrated without annoying every other fan in the country."--Jim Caple, ESPN (Jan. 12, 2011)
