I am sure that i am not the only one that noticed Kendall's dramatic decrease in offensive production. His defensive numbers were not great other base stealer's did take advantage of him. Could it just be a change of team and the difficulty of learning other pitchers or just an off year for him. Do you think he can pick up his average for this year?

I think he's capable of hitting .300 again, but I see limited plate appearance for him this year. The thing that gets me is the overall decline in the catcher's production for the A's as a whole. Last year, not one homerun was hit by a catcher. Adam Melhuse did go yard, but he did it as a DH. It's only a matter of time before one of the "young guns" cracks the starting lineup.WAR? Prove it!
