I was monitoring the game they played against the Devil Rays on Sunday. What a disgraceful effort. Halladay was breezing through their line-up but he got tired. So what does the manager do? He doesnt recognize that Halladay was spent and left him in there until he gave up all those runs. After that, then he brought in Ryan who, consequently, shut them down. They should have won that game and blew it! Too many times I have seen managers fail to recognize when their pitcher is spent.

Yea look at Prior in the 2003 NLCS. He had like a 10 run lead and was in until the 7th. That was stupid."I don't like to sound egotistical, but every time I stepped up to the plate with a bat in my hands, I couldn't help but feel sorry for the pitcher."

"People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."

Just a note to all the active members of BBF, I consider all of you the smartest baseball people I have ever communicated with and love everyday I am on here. Thank you all!
