Absolutely. They are handled on a case by case basis though. Even the best member would not be permitted to put up an R-Rated banner that links to a place not suited for children. We just hope that people use discretion, keep the banner small (bandwidth ads up and creates additional costs, but no additional revenue is received with a member's ad), and focus on adding content instead of making replies designed to get them into a thread so their banner / link may be seen again and again and again.You are allowed to put a link in your signature block though, right?
