SF Bay Area adult/men's leagues? Winter?

I came back to the Bay Area last fall and finally have a work schedule that will allow me to play, but I have almost no idea where to go.

I found a site for the MSBL/MABL. It looks like they have a pool for late comers but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Is there anyone here that knows of any winter play that goes on specifically in the North or East Bay? Preferably at a competetive skill level, not just pay n play.
