It's inside. There will be 3 stadium team stores BTW.

    Yeah, maybe. Hard to tell:

The caption for this photo is "The plaza just inside Center Field Gate, south of the Half and N intersection, under construction. The team store is being built in the ground floor of the western parking garage, where the glass has been installed," so maybe that is considered inside.

    Oops, my bad.

Isn't the parking garage tied into the outfield concourse so people can come and go out there? Admittedly it's hard to tell at this point.

Now it says "Post," with the word "Washington" nowhere to be seen. Strange. Does anyone know how they are putting up these ads? Are they painted on? Stenciled?

Yeah I think you're right. Though somehow, at 1:28, the work they did is no longer visible. At 1:16 it was.

    Well, both.

Here is a screencap from the 3D seating chart on the Nationals website.

It looks like these are the same luxurious padded chairs from behind home plate, except in red, with each row having a ton of leg room. I don't see any sort of table or place to put food in front of the chairs as PeteU said, though that would make sense for this area. There does appear to be some sort of fence between each row.

    In the pic or rendering??

I think they should drop the "s" and simply just call it "The National Park."
