I noticed the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs have one up on their site as they build Regency Furniture Stadium:

The Blue Crabs are set to begin play in the Atlantic League this year. They play in the town of Waldorf, Maryland, in Charles County.

Growing up in the Southern Maryland area, I would have loved to have had a local pro team. It's a shame it took them this long.
