  • Stadium Postcards

Anyone else have any stadium postcards? I recently ran across a ton of old postcards of long gone venues.....
    It is 9:46 p.m.

Vin Scully with the call: Two and 2 to Harvey Kuenn, one strike away. Sandy into his windup, here's the pitch.....

Swung on and missed, a perfect game!!

Did they actually build those small towers at the ends of each grandstand bleachers at Shibe or were those just early design renderings that never came to be? I kind of like them.

Sadly, I don't think so. And the second deck was expanded in 1925, so that was that.
