  • Is that green/blue canopy over the first few rows of seats to the left of the third base dugout a permanent feature?

No. It’s an extra area for players to sit out of the sun and be more distant from other players in the dugout. Most ballparks have them set up temporarily.

Fans will also rue the reduced capacity and crummy, blocked views from Promenade, when the team gets popular again.
This is so well said. I have to think this is going to be a trend for most stadiums going forward. Look at what they did to Wrigley.

          • The employee parking lot (lot "A") has been transformed into an Amazon hub. One of the rotating ads on the marquee provides information on how to apply for a job with Amazon.

Notice the sign stating that "all weapons are banned on these premises."
