  • Hiram Bithorn Stadium

I was just looking through our Hiram Bithorn Stadium photos and wondering if anyone out there knows what is left of the old ballpark that used to be Triple-A in San Juan. That isn't where they are playing now, and to be honest, Hiram Bithorn is hardly the biggest or nicest stadium in Puerto Rico.

Also does anyone have a list of all of the old stadiums in Puerto Rico that used to be used for professional baseball?

If anyone hasn't seen the Hiram Bithorn yet, we photographed the ballpark on the first day that the Expos played there against the Mets on www.digitalballparks.com

[email protected]: A-Rod trips over his shoelace in the field
4/1/01: Alex Rodriguez cannot make the play on a ball hit to the infield as he trips over his shoelaces

The Mets have the best, smartest fans in baseball.

Any chance of any more games being played in PR?
The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time.
