          Grand Rapids is on the Frame of the chair, and that is the home of American seating

            It looks like it says "Unknown Stadium." I can't read the first date underneath that, but it looks like the second year is "1925."

              I could swear I've seen that style seat, with the gothic lancet arches and partial rose window above it on, associated with Cinncinatti's Palace of the Fans. Of course, the same style seat could have been used in any number of venues.
