Qualcomm Stadium dugout seats for football

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but in the earlys of San Diego Stadium, it looked like the seats used to cover up the dugouts during the football season were on the second level in right field. Is that true? If so how were those seats moved, bu crane?

I'm sure this will be moved to the existing Murph thread. But, yes in the first decade or so of the Stadium before the first permanent right field stands were built for the Chargers, the two wedge shaped section of seats that went in front of the dugouts for football games were moved to a plaza area above the right field stands for baseball games.

I always wondered how they got them up there too. That wall was 23 feet high! I would guess a crane too, but I don't know for sure.
