    The New England Catching Camp is please to announce that Pre-registration is now available for the Coaches Clinic on Catching to be held at Play Ball in Salem NH on Feb 26th from 2pm-5pm.

    This clinic had more then 100 coaches from all over New England sign up last year. This years clinic will be held at NECC's new winter home, Play Ball, in Salem NH.

    Here is what the clinic will offer.....

    Coaches will observe a training session with youth catchers of various ages. The clinic will cover the 4 major skill areas that catchers must master. This will include receiving, blocking, throwing and fielding.
    Not only will the coaches see what to teach but they will see how to teach the skills and what drills to use to reinforce the skills.

    Hey coach,
    We run one of the largest Little League Coaches' clinic in New England down in Northeast CT. (220 Coaches last year) Would love to speak to you about the above, because I feel we do not do a very good job with training catchers. Please contact me at [email protected] we can set up a phone call.

    I have something scheduled for the 26th that I may be able to change. Salem is not that far from us.
