Are there any pitches that have movement that I can throw. I'm 13 and don't want to hurt my arm from any of these. I throw the knuckle-curve ball now. I'm hoping there is some other pitch that would be effective

Two-seam fastball? Should sink a little.
How 'bout a really, crafty change-up? That's all you should need. A good circle-change will drift into right handed batters, but that may be risky, as if they're early they may hammer it down the left field line. It could be devastating on lefties though, assuming you're right-handed.sigpicIt's not whether you fall -- everyone does -- but how you come out of the fall that counts.

I am a righty. I have worked on the circle change a little.

2 seam fastball, where the 2 seams are the closest put your index and middle finger inside the 2 seams, then have your thumb right underneath them, right down the middle. To get it to move more one way or the other, move your thumb to the left or the right and see what happens.
I can get my 2 seam to cut inside and outside, so that helps a lot
Then you have a change up, which is the deadliest pitch in baseball.
Those are 2 safe pitches for you that if used correctly can help you succeed all the way up into the minor leagues (and the majors if you have great control of them)While I do prefer to interact with people in a gentle manner... I'm also not at all opposed to establishing my dominance in a reign of terror.

Thanks a lot! I'll work on those this weekend.
