I am a sophmore in highschool(varsity), and im 15. I can either play another year of teener league(and play against kids who are much younger than me) or go to Legion where the people will be throwin high 80s and 90s(but seniority rules) and i probly wont get much playing time. If i had my choice i would play both, but i cant.

Actually a tough question....although isn't 15 young for a sophmore? heh.
Anyway, as much as facing tougher competition and better pitches will help you (and it helps a lot), if you're not going to be playing much then it kind of negates that experience in my opinion. Then again, if the competition in the younger league is bad , then that doesn't do you much good either. What do you mean by "much older than you". Are these kids going to be like 13? If so, I'd take my chances and head to the better league.

At 15, unless you feel you are going to get a lot of playing time I would suggests Senior League, Babe Ruth or Jr. Legion."He who dares to teach, must never cease to learn."

It depends why your playing. If your looking to improve, go with legion. If your looking to get noticed, go with the younger league (scouts are everywhere these days, there was one from the giants at one of my fall league games looking at one of the kids and the kids in the league were 12-16)

There is no way to replace experience. Stay in the game where you get to play the most. Besides, a huge portion of our game is the confidence you get from succeeding and that you will get by sticking with your own age group. Playing over your head won't do you any good.
Will a scout see you at 15? Not as likely because they don't care as much about how well you do against weak pitching but they might write your name down and come looking for you later if you dominate in your league.
