Just wanted to share a video to the board of my progress as a pitcher. My mechanics are coming along and I feel more balanced and in control of my momentum.

Ps. Chris O leary when my arm hits the center line now it's verticle. Some how balance made a difference in the timing of the throwing arm.

Well my hips open a little more with separation but that's really it.

It's snowing and cold where I live so I use my garage and a fence hanging from the rafters with a carpet infront of it. It's also because I have no one to throw with so it's easy.

You need to get a video lol I want to see you pitch.

ristar, I have a question for you... when your arm is tired, do you think its ok to keep going (no pain), but take it easy? When do you know when to stop?

My arm never gets tired to be honest. Last two weeks of my pitching 6x's a week and long toss 6x's a week have been GREAT. No pain, No tiredness, No soreness at all.

On your question I think it's ok to keep going BUT you need to listen to your arm and 1st sign of pain or something not feeling right then STOP and rest.

If you pm me I can really explain more.
