I especially like the way that even Cal enjoys watching the well hit ball fly through the air. Had not previously noticed him admiring his hits when I watched the drill off the DVD.

For myself which I had a hard time doing when I try to shift weight is not dipping the shoulders and body down then up. Staying as level as possible is key for me.
