Just wanted to share something I do, and I was gonna ask if you do it too.
After getting on base, when the opposing pitcher and our team's hitter is getting ready, I stand on the base and do various stretches for my legs. Am I the only one who does this?
It works wonders for my base running and speeds me up tremendously.
