I just have bought Unbreakable abs and did my 1st workout and I'm sold on it. The reason is because of the exercises in the series unbreakable abs. I think everyone on the board if you are a coach or player needs to take a good look at his program. It's 100% perfect for the Core strength and flexbility with fast explosive exercises that will increase bat speed and MPH in no time. There is nothing else like his program out there on on the market or being done as much as it should be in high school and college.

If you want Explosive body and Core strength and flexbility GO RIGHT NOW AND BUY JON DOYLES UNBREAKABLE ABS.

      LOL

I also will add in Yoga and some of my explosive exercises like woodchops with med ball and lunges with fast explosive rotations and I will be ready to hit 80 mph in no time.

Man... I'd love to face you. Any pitcher who thinks about velocity, especially the way you do, I'll have a field day off of. I love that type of pitcher. They are so caught up in velocity, that they forget what is more important... just watch maddux...

Well, true story... understand the moral?

I understand how to pitch and mix it up and I have MPH with MOVEMENT. I'm not a straight flame thrower that is easy to hit. Every pitch I throw moves and has average location of the strike zone.

Maybe it will happen one day. Remember a pitcher wins the battle 3 out of 10 times LOL

Velocity is not overrated when you have nasty stuff to go with it.

Its not when you have nasty stuf... I just see so many people around that are so focussed on MPH. They get too foccused on it and forget that there is more to pitching. That happens at my school. If you've read my posts, I said a couple of days ago that I could easily hit well on varsity (keep in mind I'm a freshman). Why did I say this? Because you have a lot of guys who only care about how hard you throw. You see people who judge how good a pitcher is, just based off of how hard they throw. If I face one of these guys... and I will, I always hit well. Why? They don't fool me. Its straight, and I know what is coming.

Thats all my point was... as a hitter, I love the hard throwers. On the other hand, I don't do as whell when I get the slow guy, who has control and can fool me... the slow guys have deception and control... not just velocity. I can hit them though, just not like the flame throwers.

Now the best pitchers (in terms of the ones I struggle with the most) are pitchers who throw hard and can control their pitches. I sit on a good pitch. I'll hit them 4 out of 10 times, but not without me looking like a fool a couple of times.

So, in other words, I agreed with you... but I'm stuck and school and bord to death, so I went on a pointless rant.

                          Thats in the pro's.

Last year, in fall ball I hit .734

This last year, I hit well over .500

Not trying to brag, but I'd love to face you. You'd have to throw absolutely perfect pitches. You hang a pitch, I hit it. You leave a pitch over the plate, and I hit it. You throw nice hard fastballs, then fool me with your hook... then you can get me... Someday, don't worry

agree agree agree. All of this kids on this website are WAY to overconfident. Dont get me wrong, you need to have a cockiness to perform well, but im tired of hearing "if i face you ill crush you" or "im just a straight up filthy pitcher" I wont mind once i hear you've got the scholarship..or at least play at the varsity level.

                              Sorry, just my rant.
