Haha, as others said, learn your other pitches before you even start messing with a knuckleball. Maddux was a junk pitcher his entire career and never once used the knuckler.
Like kylebee said, before learning oddity pitches learn the basics of location it'll help you out much more than the knuckler in the long term.

well I need to rush because they actually had the time up there, I want to get there first and im gonna need that stuff you said to do it. But yea I can throw a little because I got a band that takes away the pain and pressure on the tendon and it works pretty good. but im still taking it about 50% till I feel 100% even then ill prolly give it another week just to make sure.
I start PT on monday.

First of all, make sure you are healthy enough to actually throw a ball. I know you want to play (this is good), but being impatient could possibly ruin your arm for the rest of your life or may require expensive surgery that takes a long time to rehab.
Second of all, learn to throw two types of fastballs (two-seam/four-seam) with above-average location. After that, work on your changeup. After that, develop a good breaking ball.
There are pitchers in the MLB that haven't finished all that after 28 years. What makes you think you need to rush?
