  • My hitting clips

I need advice on my hitting. Please help me.

I still haven't been able to find a video editing for the other session I need to trim it down a bit. It was back to back about 50 balls so a bit too long. The other video is complete side view.

The machine is set for about 115 KPH roughly 71 MPH.

I was trying to work on going back on the load and attempting to get separation. Also, I used to have my hands higher but now I want to keep them about this height. Trying to get my timing down 2nd time I picked up a bat since the beginning of December. Spent the winter eating and lifting.

Shut your mouth when you're talking to me!
Leon says to Rameek, "Wait...you bothered to keep score? Didn't know your golf bag came with a calculator."

Side view is difficult to see rear half. In general the swing appears to be from shoulders. The lower body is not doing much aside from following shoulders. There is some awkwardness in the upper body. Looks like you're rotating the shoulders while trying to keep the elbows close to your body.

If you're working on separation, try rotating from the hips first. The shoulders will follow but you'll have separation.
