ive been throwing submarine for about a year and a half after throwin my arm out really badly when warming up for a game. the only thing that i can say for you to be able to pitch better for you to sit in a chair and throw you arm down at different angles until you find the "perfect" angle down under. after that start throwing, not pitching, with that angle to make sure that you can pinpoint the balls.

so all i can say is find a qualified coach and practice practice practice.
when findin a coach make sure he is opened minded and not going to try and move u just because he think u should throw from a certain arm slot.
also to ristar how do u know its just conditioning for james 23. it was not till my son told me it was not comfortable throwin from a high arm slot and he felt more at home in his current arm slot

Because of conversations with James 23 he went to much to quick and was not ready to throw as much as he did. Conditioning was the problem IMO also mechanics that are bad with lack of conditioning could be a very bad thing.
99% of people can not throw down below lol so gl
