Hands after a swing?

After a swing some people let go with one hand, some hang on with both, I let go with one because it doesn't twist my back and I have better balance, is this right?

Agreed... this is fine, as long as it is natural and not forced:



I finish 1 handed, because I don't like the feel of it, and because I don't want to roll my wrists over (eventually does happen though most of the time).
