I've had this feeling... It happened yesterday in the game. I was in right, I had to keep this guys hit to a triple... I had to throw it fast and over 250 ft, so I threw the ball flat footed from the wall into the infield. I got that feeling in the arm. I'm over flexible. According to my doctor, I can get small tweaks or pulls easily, but it will rarely be serious.

Chris this has not happened since last year. I've been fine so far no pain or soreness that has heard me back.

I've been talking to some people that this has happened to.

Ps. Chris I have provided photos before of my arm getting up on the center line in time before proving it's not a timing problem.

What should I tell the kids that this has happened to?

His arm is being briefly pulled out of its socket by the rotational forces of the throw. Needless to say, this puts a lot of strain on the muscles and nerves in the arm (probably more the shoulder than the elbow).

    What is this from?

IMO i think it could be the body slowing down the limb or the arm is fatigued but I'm not sure.

Please help me I've all way's wanted to know what it is.

P.S this is not a problem really at all for me but some people I know have this alot when they pitch. I remember last time I had it was mid last year but then it went away.

As I have said before, I have seen a HUGE timing problem in videos of you throwing.

This is likely related to that.
