    I think there are a couple fantastic drills on this DVD, particularly in the section he calls finding your timing. One is a knee up drill, one is a toe-touch drill, and then finally there is one he calls barrel loading (I think). In that you are supposed to stride with the barrel pointed out towards the second baseman (if you are righty).

    Also the famous Swingbuster drill with the helmet up against the back foot came from this DVD.

    Realistically you can't go wrong for $30. Obviously you have to pick and choose 40 drills is a bit much.

    Assuming your are talking about kids -I found that teaching PCR eliminates the need for a bunch of drills. I had Turtle Thomas' DVD - He must have 1000 drills. Teaching good posture, rotation and finish - the need for all those little tricks go away...
