Timing when hitting?

Lately while hitting, my timing has been all messed up hitting.. can someone show me some clips of some pro players where it has both the hitter and the pitcher in view.. so i can see when they get there load and stride in correlation to the pitcher? thanks

The pitcher's stride is his trigger. Hands-break predicts only his stride. His stride predicts the rest. Key your stride to his.
