  • Pitching Mechanics 101

People have been talking about pitching mechanics a lot lately, and I thought it was time I put down my thoughts in one central location...

    - Pitching Mechanics

What I talk about in this essay is consistent with what I think are the less controversial ideas of Dr. Mike Marshall (and that someone at the ML level agrees with). They are also consistent with what most HOF pitchers do.

I'd be interested in any comments or feedback.

    What's missing?
Hitting Coordinator for Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis.

I also work with the pitchers who are dealing with injury problems.

This is super. As the father of a 15 year old, 6' tall, freshman pitcher -- I appreciate it. I am going to load a picture on here for you to analyze.

      Thanks,
