How's my swing?

Here's a video of my swing, I just wanted to get some help on it because my hitting has always been the weak part of my game. Please give me some pointers and tell me what I'm doing wrong. The link on the bottom is an outtake of making the video.

You can't play baseball in the snow. Man, it made me cold just looking at the video. It's been 89 degrees F, for the last 5 days here!

Well, you have several problems, but the biggest is that you drop and loop your hands really badly. The hands should start at the armpit and rotate with the shoulders and they move directly toward the height of the ball and then arc up. Yours drop pretty much straight down toward your back hip and then go down and up. You may have been slipping on your wet deck, but your feet and legs aren't working correctly either.

Ya the deck was slippery and I was out there trying to make a decent vid for twenty minutes in the cold. But I do know exactly what you mean with the looping, I've been standing infront of a mirror trying to find a swing that doesn't loop and I think I found one, keep this thread on your favourites or something because I will make a video tommorrow and see what you think about it.
