I really need help increasing my bat speed. Does anyone know of any drills or anything else that can help me to increase my bat speed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is your intial speed slow? I cant see anyone who is althletic swing slow. This is a very bias thought, but its my "thing" for now. Work on your check swing ...
