  • Anyone know much about the new Miken LL Bats?

I am looking for a 28/16 bat (bought a new 29/17, and swing has slowed so going smaller)

I saw there are Miken Heat and torch with what looks like a large sweetspot and long barrels in the length that I need.

Does anyone have any reviews on the bats? Or know of a good 28/16 bat?

    THanks

My son (11/12 at the time) had one of the blue Burn big barrels that he really liked. Sounded dead but had a lot of pop and was very durable.

      not happy with Miken

My son used an old BURN 32/29 and liked it..so I bought him
a HEAT - 1st bat came in w/ indentations and cosmetic blemishes, ended up sending it back cause store said I should...at the end of the first practice
with the replacement bat (not batting practice, just live pitching practice) he
had a "dent" up near the cap...awful expensive bat to dent out of the box
like that...another friend's son uses a BURN 31/26 and is sending it in for
replacement cause of all the dents and crinkles...

maybe youth bats hold up better..or their quality is slipping..
