What are some tips? Who are some good pitchers in th MLB to watch?

The best guys to watch are the ones who don't have arm problems.
Maddux and Glavine pretty much have perfect mechanics. Nolan Ryan is another guy I would study (if your 46 and still throwing 100mph, you're doing something right). I would also say Matsuzaka, Papelbon, Clemens (no, I'm not a Red Sox fan, Go Tigers) and Kevin Brown have very good mechanics, as well.
