Watch a game on TV. Often you can see the runner on second in the background.

Background? I'm aware of the head bobbing in the foreground; but that doesn't show me anything except that he's "there." I'm looking to see some form of technique as verification to settle a discrepency between coaches.

As far as watching a game on TV, I usually watch the live broadcast as well as the follow-up re-broadcast @ 3-6am.
