Looks pretty good to me. You're balanced (VERY key). Your head stays pretty still. You use your hands well. For the most part, you seem to take the bat directly to the ball. You actually have a swing very similar to Pujols'. The only thing I can really see that you MIGHT need to adjust at some point, is a couple of your swings had a little "loop" in them. Nothing I would worry or think about too much, unless you want to, though....
Overall, good swing. I wouldn't mess with it.

You do a great job generating some bat speed. I do have a couple suggestions for you that will improve your consistency, especially on off speed pitches.

It's very important as I'm sure you're aware to control the front side of your body when swinging. Most of your energy then needs to be generated from the back side of your body. Your front hip tends to move a bit too soon as your backside begins to rotate.

Here is a good drill for you to employ into your drill work. I've recorded it and put in on YouTube a while ago to address this problem. Have a look!http://youtube.com/watch?v=hLPG9sCnAog

That does look pretty good at least without seeing it in slow motion. What do you look like on a pitch at the knees?

Here's some thoughts for you. http://imageevent.com/siggy/hitting/...lcp2i01.lion_s
