  • One thing I've noticed about this place

Is that people humble themselves by coming here for help and they get abused for doing so. Regulars here forget this is "Baseball 101, Coaching and Fundamentals" and not the "I already know what I'm talking about so let's go deeper" forum. We here are coaching everybody around us, while allowing ourselves to get coached as well. If someone comes in asking for help, instead of attacking them try INTERACTING with them. If you don't think what they are asking for is right, HELP them instead of abusing them or putting them down.

The one or two that are guilty of this drive away some people that peek in here looking for help then run off somewhere else after getting slapped.

To sum up, don't be jackasses.

    Coach,
Good post and good reminder. I will try to do a better job editing out those posts that do not help. If you see one PM me.
This is "101" and shame on those of us who have been around for awhile who make the process more difficult versus less difficult.
