This next one was taken about a week ago. The obvious change we made was to have him get the front glove/elbow up. That forced his throwing hand down somewhat and seemed to straighten him out quite a bit, but looking at the video I can see there are still some issues. I can tell you that his throwing now is light years ahead of where it was then, despite the lingering problems:

I can look at his throwing and immediately see something's not right, but I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what it is and how to fix it. Is that what "short-arming" looks like? Any advice?
