its a red tee that has a brush-like part that the ball sits on and it has 2 plastic peices that can move around to any part of the ball..........for example if u want to practice keeping your hands inside the ball you would put the 2 plastic peices on the other side of the ball................i no its not a great description but i cant describe it really...ive used it before and i like it and id let to buy one
